We service the industry by providing risk mitigation, loss prevention, and loss adjustment services; every day, we set out to prevent accidents and damages. The services include marine warranty surveys, vessel inspections, Loss prevention, claims handling, and bespoke consulting. We are now looking to expand our team with a talented Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our presence in the marine insurance sector, focusing on loss prevention, claims surveys, and P&I inspections, with opportunities naturally arising from this background in other customer sectors. Location Truly borderless. Whether you’re navigating from home within the EU, Great Britain, or preferring the view from our offices in Flensburg, Germany, or Esbjerg, Denmark, your coordinates are for you to plot.

Your Misson

- Assisting the MD in strategic planning and business development across global operations.
- Managing and executing various business ideas and international projects.
- Stakeholder coordination across all our global offices to ensure business alignment and seamless operations
- Scheduling and managing meetings, keeping the MD’s calendar updated and organized.
- Arranging travel itineraries and coordinating logistics for the MD and other executives.
- Overseeing office administration to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Handling communications with external authorities, tax consultants, and stakeholders.
- Supporting the MD with financial and project management tasks.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of international business operations.

Requirements:

- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in standard office software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an assistant or administrative role is an advantage, but optional.
