• As Head of Automation, you'll have global responsibility for both customer projects and continuous development  of our Robotic Applications.
• You’ll have the disciplinary management of the Controls (PLC) and Robotics teams. You will work in close collaboration with the Technical Lead Controls (PLC) and the Technical Lead Robotics  to coordinate all team activities.
• Your main premises are always efficiency and profitability. Accopanying to our vision of supporting a wide range of robot applications.
• In employee appraisals and performance management meetings, you ensure that you and your team have a clear view of the next steps and long-term milestones.

Dein Profil

• Your background is rounded off by at least 5 years of management experience, ideally also in the management of remote and international teams.
• You communicate openly, effectively and consistently with all stakeholders. You have an proven technical background in controls (PLC) and  robotics, and you will enhance this with communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• You’ve the willingness to bear cost centre responsibility and an economic view as well as sensitivity for it.
• You will lead the way and be a key driver of technical automation and encourage motivation in your team. The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment is a matter of course for you.
• Experience in implementing new concepts and supporting them is needed. Fluency in German and English and the international willingness to travel finalise your profile.
