Your mission

As a Vision and Strategy Specialist at GLOVIS Europe GmbH, you will be pivotal in shaping and implementing our strategic vision. You will oversee the main strategy plan for GLOVIS Europe and conduct comprehensive analyses across our European operations. Your role includes managing operational issues, risk assessment, and providing critical support for new projects. You will develop long-term business strategies, manage investments, and address key challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis: Identify, analyze, and report on critical business issues and risks across Glovis Europe.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on significant business payment issues and long-term business plans.
• Investment Management: Analyze and report on investment plans, with a focus on Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL).
• Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports for customer meetings, ensuring accuracy and impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to support and enhance investment strategies.
• Project Support: Provide analytical support to project teams, ensuring effective evaluation and coordination with different departments to achieve successful outcomes.

Your profile

• Education: University degree in a relevant field is essential.

• Experience: Over 4 years of relevant on-the-job experience is required.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Korean is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical Skills: Strong enthusiasm and aptitude for business analysis and project development.
