Ready to revolutionize the logistics landscape? 

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Team Lead for Marketing & PR who will play a mainstay role in driving our marketing and public relations initiatives. If you are a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a leader who thrives on building impactful campaigns, we want you on our team!

• Promote and internationalize t:m brand, communicate on any channel, according to corporate design, including internal media
• Establish, plan and report on KPIs to measure impact on BU targets
• Define tradefair program jointly with BU Leads and organize tradefair participation
• Drive digitization of communication
• Develop communication and marketing activities jointly with global BU organization and department Network & Products
• Ownership, development, execution and analysis of customer survey and NPS
• Perform other tasks and/ or projects, as assigned
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives (both functional and disciplinary leadership)

• Vocational training & 8 years or Bachelor & 5 years or Master & 3 years
• Thereof ideally at least 2 years functional or disciplinary leadership experience
• In-depth marketing and/ or PR knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong intercultural skills
• Abilty to lead and work in a matrix setup
• Excellent verbal & writtern communication skills (English & German)
• Computer literate
• Comfortable with business travel (also on short notice)
