For our headquarters in Hamburg we are looking for you as Manager (d/f/m) Market Intelligence as soon as possible.

• You will actively contribute to the development and implementation of long- and mid-term asset strategies, growth areas, and segments.
• You will collect all the data related to the different intermodal markets from any available professional internal/external source.
• You will organize and correlate these data and prepare accurate presentations for the Head of Asset Segment Intermodal.
• You will support the Business Development Manager of Asset Segment Intermodal in the definition of the canvas/campaigns.
• You will be actively participating in the internal working groups related to your responsibilities.
• You will support and promote the exchange between the sales organization and the asset segment, providing the foundation for product development and investment decisions.

• You have strong knowledge of intermodal business, rail freight transport, and the transportation business.
• You hold a degree in a business-related field (preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration). An MBA with a focus on analytics is a plus.
• You are experienced in applying business analytics and managing KPIs.
• Knowledge of the intermodal market and experience in artificial intelligence is a plus.
• You are willing to travel regularly to countries such as Italy and Switzerland, including extended trips.
• You have excellent German and English language skills; Italian language skills are an advantage.
• You have an entrepreneurial understanding  with an international perspective.
• You are highly self-motivated and have a project- and team-oriented approach to work.
• Good  presentation, moderation, and communication skills round out your profile.
• Knowledge of project and process management is a major asset.
