• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reputable investment bank, M&A boutique, transaction advisory firm or infrastructure/private equity environment
• Strong analytical skills, with full proficiency in financial modelling
• Excellent commercial judgment with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Proactive and service-oriented attitude, deep sense of ownership / initiative, and ability to work under pressure
• Strong desire to work in an international environment
• Outstanding communication skills, with ability to articulate and present facts and ideas effectively 

• Relevant university degree (business/finance or STEM)
• M&A experience with excellent track record in business planning and valuation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management experience with excellent team coordination skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good attention to detail and ability to present information concisely to decision-makers, complemented by overall strong communication skills
• Interest in working in an international business environment and willingness to travel across the globe
• Excellent English language skills, German language skills beneficial
