• Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain the information security framework including security policies, procedures and controls and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Leading the design and execution of the companywide awareness initiatives to foster a security culture, Including training sessions, phishing simulations, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Coordination of security audits and overseeing remediation of identified issues as well as postincident analysis
• Direct reporting line to the CIO of HxF and main contact person for the CISO of GOB Holding and the HxF Infrastructure team

• Degree in engineering, computer science or similar or comparable qualification
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of information security, IT security and/or operations
• Proven experience in IT Security technologies (encryption technologies, etc.) and awareness
•  Certified or familiar with project management methodologies, information security certification desired
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management
• Strong analytical skills and independent working attitude
• Professional in English and German
