Customer Service Rental Event Manager (all genders)

• Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) rental engines to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa, management of according logistics and contracts considering the involvement of relevant partners
• Maintain and improve customer relations and experience
• Reporting and reconciliation with the suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, incoming invoices management, accuracy with invoicing generation, margin checks
• Costumer-focused project management
• Readiness for on-call services

• Successful degree in relevant studies, i.e. Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent working experience
• Costumer- and solution-oriented
• Comfortable in dealing with complex situations
• Technical interest, basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry would be an asset
• Proactive, customer-driven mind-set and ease in working in a dynamic, international environment as well as the ability to work in (virtual) global team
• Structured approached to open tasks and good prioritisation skills
• Fluency in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous
