The requirements for SMEs are diverse and increasingly overwhelming. In our constantly changing world, however, it is essential for SMEs to remain innovative. To this end, we develop solutions that are based on internationally and nationally recognized standards as well as current and future legislation.

We are also the company behind Earnest - the most successful sustainability app in Germany - with over 650,000 downloads.

• Design and build new products together with our engineering, data and product teams
• Get new features into production fast - but with the big picture and quality in mind. Code reviews and automated testing are part of the game
• Work in an agile and self-organised team
• Deploy code to production once it’s done, following “You build it, you run it” principle

• You have experience with cloud (ideally AWS)
• You have some Cloud IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience (ideally AWS)
• You have extensive knowledge of Typescript or some statically typed language (Java, C#)
• Experience with serverless architecture or microservices is highly desirable, but not required
• You worked as a part of self-organised team where you proactively worked on improvements and new features
• You enjoy taking over responsibilities for projects from start to finish
• Any frontend experience is a plus
• Experience with Large Language Models (preferably GPT) is a plus
• Fluent in English, knowing at least some German is a plus
