Beam is a Berlin-based startup company builder with a bias for (intra-)logistics and technical challenges. We are looking for a technical engineer to join one of our pre-seed startups in revolutionizing 3D printing in logistics.

The solution we have in mind is an AI-powered platform that automates your part identification, redesign, and selection for additive manufacturing technologies.

Tasks

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Engage with your role as technical co-founder and build the company on its way from zero to one.

• Build and lead technical development, be a product owner, and make sure to launch world-class products with the team of your own choice.
• Be part of our success story and support us in implementing structures and processes and hiring an all-star team!

Requirements

YOU'LL BE THE PERFECT MATCH IF

You have deep expertise in 3D graphics: Understanding the nuances of creating and manipulating 3D visuals is key.

• Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI: Given the nature of the startup, it’s essential to have a strong foundation in these areas
• Strong coding skills: As we’re in the initial stages, she/he should be comfortable diving into code and laying the groundwork.
• Cloud-based solutions expertise: Given our project's data-intensive nature, cloud solutions experience will be invaluable.
• You have an impressive track record of running your own startups.
• You have a network in logistics technology or supply chain technology.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring an excellent leadership mindset.
• You have experience in additive manufacturing and material science and can interpret and optimize the parts and designs we work with.
• You want to be part of building something special - together with us.

• This role is part of our Entrepreneur in Residence program and pays a monthly stipend of 2.5k EUR per month until you're funded.
