Job DescriptionYour tasks will include the following activities:
- Being a Subject Matter Lead for global Business Partner Due Diligence Project
- Having responsibility for the adaption, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Continental’s Business Partner Due Diligence rules and program
- Supporting Group Compliance, other Group Functions and Group Sectors as specialist on Business Partner Due Diligence
- Identifying Business Partners on a risk-based approach
- Exercising risk based Due Diligence and being involved in the approval of relevant Business Partners
- Controlling the Effectiveness of the Business Partner Due Diligence System
- Continuously monitoring of relevant Business Partners
- Academic Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of compliance and Business Partner Due Diligence/KYC Programs
- Project management experience in an international context
- Very good handling with MS Office software
- Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills and strong team player mentality
- Intercultural competence
- Passion for project management processes and systems
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%)
