Fleet Planner (m/f/d) - Europe
About the RoleBentley Motors Ltd. are looking for a Fleet Planner (m/f/d), located in the European Head Office in Hallbergmoos (Munich area). You are responsible for managing and delivery of the car fleet process in Marketing and Communcations, involving preparing and agreeing car plans with all users, delivering the plan in line with the requirements of the business including budget, quality and timings.
Responsibilities include
- Plan, execute and develop fleet operations in line with regional and central requirements
- Order Fleet cars on the system
- Manage vehicle preparation pre use and rework post use
- Transport arrangements for outbound and inbound logistics
- Continuingly develop the fleet process to improve efficiencies and effectiveness to deliver a high quality process
- Handling car insurance
- Experience of successfully managing a car fleet and fleet processes
- Ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders and external suppliers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be reactive, resolve problems quickly under pressure, to raise potential risks and propose related solutions for decision
- Ability to maintain a consistent high level of work and professional output
- Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate clearly with the team
- Demonstrating the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines
- Educated to degree Level standard or equivalent
- Languages: profound verbal and written knowledge of the German and English language, further European languages a plus
You will be working in an international work environment with 28 days holiday.
