Our client, Gassco AS, is a leading gas transportation company responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of natural gas from the Norwegian Continental Shelf to the major markets in Europe. The Norsea Gas Terminal and the Europipe Metering Station in Emden, as well as the Europipe Receiving Facility in Dornum are very important for the gas supply in Germany and have the capacity to transport a considerable amount of the natural gas consumed in Germany each year. For the working location Emden and as well Dornum, we are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for finance, HR Services and contract management. Versatility and a generalist approach are the key to driving forward the management, motivation and further development of employees.

• Overall responsibility for the areas of finance, HR Services incl. administration, payroll support and time management as well as contract management and right of way for relevant pipelines
• Strategic management of commercial processes and business consulting in close cooperation with the head office in Norway
• Optimization of internal processes and procedures as well as taking on further organizational and administrative tasks at the location
• Responsibility for compliance with legal regulations and guidelines within the functional responsibilities
• Maintaining and expanding contacts with internal and external partners, such as auditors and banks

• Degree in business administration, economics or comparable commercial training with professional experience
• Versatile, generalist expertise and several years of professional experience in a commercial management position, preferably in the energy sector
• Leadership personality with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in German
• Proactive and strategic mindset with a strong entrepreneurial understanding as well as a high level of initiative and goal orientation
