We offer monolithically integrated semiconductor chips and transceivers for next generation data centers. The team consists of highly professional engineers and managers with many years of experience in bringing state of the art products to the market.

In this position you will dive into a unique challenge, as you are involved in the development and production of the next generation of optical transceivers.

-Initiate, plan and execute projects to deliver results within scope, budget and schedule

-Plan and steer your projects and sub-projects from the idea to market launch

-Coordinate among the different departments in Sicoya (matrix organizational structure)

-Optimize and synergize Sicoya´s development and production

-Support the communication within the company, with customers and suppliers

-Define the work packages for the engineers

-Project reporting

-Any degree related to engineering, business, science, or similar that enables you to lead the development of optical data communication devices

-More than 3 years of relevant experience in project management or product management

-Keen perception of complex system architectures

-Efficient problem solving skills and quick adaptation to dynamic project conditions

-Good organizational skills, assertiveness and resilience are an advantage

-You are a team player that thrives in a dynamic working environment

-Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of German is an asset
