Learn and support the application engineering team at ZEISS Meditec along the entire product development process that covers these steps:

• Pre-process and analyze data deliveries used for machine learning AI products

• Support our development team with new ideas and solutions for data processing and ML pipeline creation

• Implement data quality monitoring and profiling solutions

• Further, you will support artificial intelligence product development and research and support SW architects

• Get first-hand experiences in research and development of future innovations and customer products of ZEISS Meditec

• Learn more about data analysis and big data, latest development technics and agile development from experienced team members, in a diverse and international team

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelors degree in informatics, electrical engineering or a similar professional field and are currently enrolled in a Masters program

• You are interested in application development for medical devices

• You have fun and passion in data analysis and solution-oriented thinking

• You think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management

• You are open to learn new development tools and system like GitHub and Azure

• You already have at least 1year work experience in developing in Python, Pandas, Numpy, data analysis and visualization

• You already have experience in professional software development using git, working with pull requests and CI/CD pipelines

• You are familiar with software testing best practices and related libraries like pytest"

• Experience in machine learning and docker is a plus

• You are fluent in English and German
